Terms of Service

By placing an order or using any service offered by K&C Hill Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit an order or use our services.

K&C Hill Services provides custom embroidery, screen printing, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, heat transfer, and vinyl graphics on customer-supplied or Company-sourced garments and materials. All services are subject to availability and our production capacity at the time of order.

All orders require written confirmation (email or online form). Production does not begin until the Customer approves a digital proof. By approving a proof, the Customer accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of spelling, layout, colors, and design. K&C Hill Services is not liable for errors approved by the Customer.

Payment is due in full before production begins unless a prior credit arrangement has been established in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfer, and approved purchase orders. Returned payments are subject to a $35 fee. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price quoted at time of order confirmation is binding for that order.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after proof approval and payment receipt. Rush orders (48-hour turnaround) are available for an additional fee and subject to production capacity. K&C Hill Services is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customer-supplied materials arriving late, or force majeure events.

The Customer warrants that they own or have the right to use all artwork, logos, and designs submitted for production. K&C Hill Services will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization. The Customer indemnifies K&C Hill Services against any claims arising from unauthorized use of intellectual property.

K&C Hill Services accepts customer-supplied garments for decoration. We are not responsible for defects, shrinkage, or damage inherent to the garment. A spoilage allowance of up to 2% applies to customer-supplied goods; we will not be liable for replacement costs beyond this allowance unless caused by our gross negligence.

Because all orders are custom-produced, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. If a production error is made by K&C Hill Services, we will reprint or refund the affected items at no charge. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved-proof errors are not eligible for reprints.

K&C Hill Services' total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, missed deadlines, or event cancellations.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers). For questions about your data, contact us at [email protected].

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted at kchillservices.com/terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
